2. Changi Airport Flight Radar Delay Disclaimer

Limo Singapore utilizes automated flight tracking software connected to Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) radar feeds. While flight arrival times are updated dynamically:

• Limo Singapore is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party airline flight schedule updates or sudden gate changes.
• In the rare event of extreme flight diverts or emergency landings, our dispatch team will re-coordinate driver availability to the best of our operational capacity.

3. Vehicle Substitution Policy

In unforeseen circumstances such as sudden mechanical issues or emergency maintenance, Limo Singapore reserves the right to substitute a requested vehicle with an equivalent or upgraded model within the same or higher luxury category (e.g. providing a Toyota Alphard Lounge in place of a Toyota Vellfire or upgrading a Mercedes S-Class to a Maybach at no additional charge to the client).

4. Personal Belongings & Luggage Disclaimer

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring all personal belongings, electronic devices, passports, and jewelry are retrieved from the vehicle upon conclusion of their ride.

• Limo Singapore is not legally liable for items lost, forgotten, or damaged during transit.
• In the event an item is left behind, our Lost & Found dispatch service will make every reasonable effort to safely return the item to your designated location (courier or driver dispatch fees may apply).

5. Force Majeure & Traffic Gridlock

Limo Singapore shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable operational control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, flash floods, major expressway accidents, civil unrest, road closures during major events (e.g. Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix), or border checkpoint immigration delays.

6. LTA Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

Limo Singapore Pte. Ltd. operates in full strict compliance with Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) rules governing private hire luxury chauffeured vehicles. All vehicles maintain comprehensive commercial passenger insurance policies.
